Herbal and Nutritional Counseling  Available online or in person. This will be an indepth session as to your lifestyle, eating, emotional, and exercise habits to help to guide you towards a healthier lifestyle. We will discuss your current health problems and explore alternative ways to manage them. cost is $50.00 for the initial session which will be take approximately 2 hours. You will need to keep a dietary diary for 3 days prior to counseltation. We have a catalog program available which works in a representative type system.
