Chervil's taste is often described as aa cross between tarragon and parsley, with a hint of anise. Commonly used in egg dishes and salads. Great for curries, chai blends, stews, coffee, pickling, Asian dishes and much more. Get creative and experiment with it. Use in place of parsley to add a bit of depth and color.
